We currently use DHL as our shipping partner. We will deliver your products within 1-30 days from the day you placed your order.

 

We offer the following delivery options. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

 We accept orders and deliver to the following countries:

-Sweden

 

Unfortunately deliveries to some postal addresses may not be available. If we do not deliver to your address, we will notify you of this when you try to place the order. Please note that we are unable to ship to BFPO addresses so please use an alternative address.

 

You will be required to sign for your delivery. If we are unable to deliver, our carrier may return your parcel to its depot and leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If delivery is not rearranged or your parcel collected it will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us at support@furnitureplace.se to arrange redelivery in these circumstances. You may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any redelivery.

 

Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfil and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. If your delivery does not arrive when expected, please contact us on support@furnitureplace.se. Please note that if your delivery does not arrive within 30 days of Dispatch Confirmation you are entitled to a refund. 


RETURNS

If you want to make a return, please see the link "Returns" in the footer of the webpage and make your request. Then send us your product with your contact information attached.


OUR 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY

If the product is not faulty you may return any product you have purchased to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you and receive a refund. In order to take advantage of this, you must (a) complete, sign and date the returns form included on our webpage (furnitureplace.se) (b) return the product to us in the same condition as received and if possible with all packaging. If we consider any returned product to have been used/worn/washed or tags or labels are missing or removed, we may reject the return and not to give a refund.

 

You should obtain and keep proof of postage in case you need it as evidence that you have returned the product to us as the returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

 

REFUNDS

We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the products and the standard delivery charge if the whole order is returned within 10 working days of the date we receive the returned item(s). We will inform you by email when we refund you. All refunds will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will only credit the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase. Our 14 Day Returns policy does not affect your statutory or other legal rights.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you think a product is defective you may return the product to us and, if having examined the product, we confirm by email that it is defective, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the product and all delivery charges. In order to take advantage of our defective returns policy, you must (a) complete, sign and date the returns form on our webpage (b) return the product to us. You should obtain and keep proof of postage in case you need it as evidence that you have returned the product to us as the returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Where possible, please use or include with the product being returned, all original boxes, instructions/documents, tags, labels and wrappings. 

Please note that you have statutory rights in relation to the condition and conformity of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined above and we will happily issue a refund so you can order the product in a different model.
